We are a DMC in Germany and offer internships in our Germany office.
You will be part of our daily work and get to know all areas of our business. You will book hotels, design tours, discuss local projects, and drink coffee with us as we discuss whatever needs to be done.
You can also develop your own project. There are plenty of topics, and we are eager to find the best for you and with you. Some possible project ideas are:
Develop tours to various themes in Germany. They may focus on History and Fairy Tales, or Arts and Music, or Persons and Biographies.
Write a concept for Tourism marketing: How can a little and unknown, but nice and livable town like Homberg, attract visitors from abroad? What needs to be done to guide visitors to the real treasures apart from well-known tourist paths?
Develop marketing campaigns for group travel in Germany and Europe, based on social media and/or other technics.
You will get:
A desk and workplace for an internship which can last between 3 and 12 months.
Your private apartment with bathroom and a small kitchen.
Help and support to receive a work visa for Germany.
After your internship is agreed upon, the approval of the German Federal Employment Agency is needed. Terra Lu will apply for this on your behalf as quickly as possible and tell you which forms and documents are needed. The main requirements are that
you have already studied for a minimum of four semesters,
the time of your internship is fully covered by your enrolment at the university,
you can prove you are able to cover your living costs while in Germany.
About Terra Lu Travel - germany4groups.com
Terra Lu Travel is an incoming supplier for group travel in Germany and neighboring countries in Europe. This is on behalf of international tour operators and similar organizations, we facilitate their travel arrangements. We take care that a motor coach is waiting in front of the airport when the group arrives, we book the hotels, arrange local sightseeing tours, and care about other details along the way.
But first of all and before all that, we develop and design the tours. --
Our office is located in Homberg (Efze), about 1.5 hours north of Frankfurt. Homberg is a little town with approx. 6,000 inhabitants and looks “as German as it can be.” We have a market square with timber framed houses, a church, remnants of the medieval town wall, and a castle ruin. Homberg is at the “German Fairy Tale Road” and lays in the area where the Grimm Brothers found and wrote their world known fairy tales. It’s a great place to explore German culture, do hikes in the area, and enjoy German living. Central in Germany, it’s also easy to travel other parts of Germany and Europe on the weekends. We are eager to welcome you to our team!
