Westcoast Connection seeks full-time, entry-level member of our client services team in our Mamaroneck, NY location (10-min walk from Metro North Station). It is a small office, fun business, we work hard and love what we do. This is a rewarding and ideal position for a recent college graduate providing excellent professional development experience. Client Services team is front-line communication with new inquiries and enrolled travelers to provide pre-departure service including flights, insurance, packing, etc. Responsibilities: Support inquiries, clients and internal team members, update and maintain database, opportunity to travel with a group in the summer. Qualifications: College graduate, exemplary phone & written skills with a service-oriented attitude, attention to detail, sensitive and empathetic listener, enthusiastic speaking about travel, exceptional people skills and friendly, responsible disposition, outstanding organizational skills with ability to multi-task, strong camp background is an asset, comfortable working in various software databases (training provided).
