perform selling and marketing functions for travel trade association, including membership, advertising and sponsorship
monitor and assist with client fulfillment
develop and maintain relationships with clients and members
meet required quota and understand/monitor budgets for each project
perform computer procedures related to contract and insertion order entry
follow production schedules and deadlines to ensure quality products and benefits to clients are delivered
working knowledge of future deadlines to ensure promotions and effective marketing is utilized for all projects
work with marketing, communication and event teams on regular basis
submit weekly sales reports
special projects as assigned
database management, software applications, email capabilities, etc.
college degree preferred
minimum of 2-years sales experience, association sales experience preferred
strong organizational and communication skills
ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities
ability to meet sales goals
willingness to travel
