Under the direction of the Senior Vice President of Destination Sales, the Senior Director of Destination Sales is responsible for driving conventions, meetings and tourism business to Minneapolis through creation, implementation and oversight of destination sales programs.
The candidate for this position must be highly proficient in methods and procedures used in the solicitation of conventions, meetings and tourism sales. A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field plus five years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality-related industry sales is essential.
