Requirements for the Convention Sales Manager include, but are not limited to, a working knowledge of effective sales and marketing principles, practices, and procedures. The ability to perform general mathematical calculations. Experience with computer word processing, spreadsheets, and database program as necessary. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are required. College degree in related field or equivalent work experience. Ability to work weekends and after normal business hours as requested by the Executive Director/CEO. Some travel will also be required.
