SUMMARY: Provides assistance to convention services managers with contractual and service fulfillment needs. Will also provide dedicated service support to small market groups as assigned. As needed, will assist both sales & services department with leads, bid books, presentations, proposals, Experience KC tours (FAMs), sales missions, site visits, trade show promotions and produces reports from CRM.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain and produce accurate reports. Maintain extranet information for Convention Digest and partnership database Provide dedicated service manager support to small groups as assigned. Performs general administrative functions for services team in day-to-day operations.
