About the Role
We are seeking a professional, dependable, and highly organized individual to join our team as a Guest Relations & Administrative Manager. This is a long-term, part-time position with an established, 25-year-old storm chasing tour company based in Arlington, Texas.
Our company works with guests from around the world and is comprised of some of the most respected storm chasers in America. This role is ideal for someone who values consistency, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a unique and meaningful operation for years to come.
Requirements
Responsibilities
Booking and managing guest reservations
Coordinating, organizing, and paying field staff
Administrative support and office coordination
Booking hotel accommodations
Driving company vehicles for scheduled maintenance
Occasional fill-in tour driver (as needed)
Providing excellent customer service to guests from around the world
Qualifications
Experience with QuickBooks (required)
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Professional communication and customer service abilities
Experience booking hotel accommodations
Valid U.S. driver’s license and safe driving record
U.S. citizen, currently residing in the United States
Highly dependable, detail-oriented, and professional
Interest in weather or storm chasing is a plus (not required)
Schedule & Compensation
Approximately 25 hours per week most of the year
Up to 35 hours per week during seasonal preparation (March–May)
$22–28 per hour, depending on experience
This is a long-term role intended for someone seeking stability and continuity
