Objective:
Serve as the first point of contact for international patients, providing empathetic, professional, and accurate guidance throughout their medical evaluation process.
Requirements:
Native English speaker or C1–C2 proficiency (mandatory).
Fluent in Spanish (required).
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or medical coordination (preferably in clinics, hospitals, or medical tourism).
Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
Professional presence and proficiency with digital tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main contact for international patients.
Provide personalized follow-up and coordinate appointments.
Manage and update patient information in the CRM system.
