Director of Rehab Location: Humansville, MO Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,446 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 8/17/2026 About the Position Job Title: Director of Rehab Profession: Leadership Specialty: Director of Rehab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: 1 year of OT, SLP, or PT experience required License: Active license required Description: Supervise and support all members of the rehab team across all disciplines. Ensure clinical programs are operating effectively and consistently. Lead and participate in all facility meetings as scheduled by management. Assist in developing and implementing new clinical programs and initiatives. Monitor compliance with screening policies and documentation standards. Oversee timely completion of documentation and chart audits. Ensure staff adhere to all policies and procedures.
